Cakes! How lovely.Hello I’m Ruth and I am programme manager of Happy City’s 12 month Innovate UK-funded project to develop an interactive tool which will enable policy makers to see the health benefits of improvements in wellbeing. The project work will build on and develop all our learning so far, and has the potential to be rolled out into other areas of policy. Exciting!
I am really pleased to be part of the Happy City team – there’s a creative, fun vibe in the office and the work that we do is both substantive and important. There are also cakes. http://www.happycity.org.uk/ruth-townsl ... appy-city/
Lets look at some of dear sweet Ruth's work in the community and the "creative fun vibe at the office":
Uh huh...The policy director of a UK charity which campaigns to increase happiness has lost her job after calling for Brexit leader Nigel Farage to be doused in acid.
In the now-deleted tweet, Happy City UK’s Ruth Townsley shared an article reporting Mr Farage being assaulted whilst on a walkabout in Newcastle, writing: “Great that milkshakes have become a thing when it comes to racists in our midst. I’d prefer acid but milkshakes will do for now.”
Guido Fawkes reports that Ms Townsley was in charge of social media engagement at Happy City which claims to work for the “wellbeing for people, place and planet” and reportedly receives taxpayer money through the West of England Growth Fund. Ironically, just days before the attack being celebrated and violence being called for by one of their staff the organisation emphasised the importance of letting go of anger as a means to boost mental and physical wellbeing. https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2019/0 ... age-fired/
Are we in clown world yet?
I think so.
Reality is now fully inverted.
Happy City let go of its anger: Sweet Ruth is no longer employed. http://www.happycity.org.uk/statement-21-05-2019/
Look this woman in the face.
This is the face of mental illness.
The question is, how many more creative fun people at the office share her vibe?
