Elgin Electronics ERC-19522 Telephone Coupler Documentation

Post by mediatechnology »

The Elgin Electronics ERC19522 Telephone Recorder Coupler is still widely used in broadcast to provide radio and TV stations "listen-lines"for remote off-air monitoring and for IFB circuits to cue talent. Non-delayed, real-time, listen lines and IFB are essential in today's digital broadcast environment.

I found the documents, which include schematics for the ERC-19522, and scanned them. Although I doubt they're still being made, there are thousands of them in service. I own several.
