NOAA P300A "Cotton Region" Thermometer and Weather Instrument Shelter Plans
Occasionally we document things non-electronic.
I like to measure things and had a hard time finding plans for weather instrument shelters.
The "cotton region" shelters are no longer the standard but still very useful.

One interesting thing I've found is that sometime in the 1980's the standard white-wash paint used for these shelters became unavailable.
Common white latex paint came into use which caused an artificial rise in measured temperature due to it's increased absorption...
