Microchip just announced some new sigma delta A/Ds ..

https://www.microchip.com/wwwproducts/en/MCP3461 The ones fast enough for full bandwidth audio are only 16b but OK for 3V parts.

Nice part, thanks JR.

Also noted that has a PGA front-end and an on-chip timer. Seems perfect for the TS-1 V2.0, metering or EFX.

overkill for a meter but yes the TS-1000 might like it. :lol:
