M/S matrix with inserts

I've built a second one, this time with two inserts and mute per M/S path.
I've designed some small PCBs to hold the relays and some switching components.
This little PCB is designed for a little passive summer, it conveniently holds the 25 pin Sub-D for the four I/Os.
