That pile of firewood already gone...mediatechnology wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 4:23 am Nice to see the tree down, you safe and a big pile of firewood.
My knee's inflammation is pretty well managed, but the last few days have involved above average stress on that bad knee. I figure I lifted that entire tree 2 or three times after cutting it down into manageable chunks.Take some Turmeric for that knee.
I am already taking real medicine (Naproxen Sodium), maybe medicine (glucosamine chronditin), and wishful thinking medicine (golden raisins soaked in gin). I have turmeric on my spice shelf and use it occasionally in recipes. A few months ago I experimented with using a topical anti-inflammation cream externally to reduce the risk from chronic NSAID use (linked to internal bleeding). My knee told me that the topical NSAID externally did not work as well as swallowing two naproxen daily, so I organize my internal dosing so I always take the medicine with at least some food in my gut.
My knee lets me know how its doing and right now it is telling me don't make a regular habit of lifting that much heavy stuff...

[edit to honor this request I added some turmeric into the crockpot meal I was cooking /edit]
