i cant confirm for the 4 gang but the 2 deck switches i have right now are make before break, pretty good quality for the price, sometimes some of the lugs are too small to gewt 2 resistor legs in but you can make it work with a little fiddlin.
what are you going to be using them for? balanced attenuators? im thinkin ill order a couple for my proposed "pico high frequency limiter"
