The Forbidden Library: Documents Banned By The New World Order

The first installment is this 2005 paper from the Virology Journal, August 22, 2005: "Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread" https://proaudiodesignforum.com/images/ ... Spread.pdf
Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is caused by a newly discovered coronavirus (SARS-CoV). No effective prophylactic or post-exposure therapy is currently available.

We report, however, that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells. These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage. In addition to the well-known functions of chloroquine such as elevations of endosomal pH, the drug appears to interfere with terminal glycosylation of the cellular receptor, angiotensin-converting enzyme 2. This may negatively influence the virus-receptor binding and abrogate the infection, with further ramifications by the elevation of vesicular pH, resulting in the inhibition of infection and spread of SARS CoV at clinically admissible concentrations.

Chloroquine is effective in preventing the spread of SARS CoV in cell culture. Favorable inhibition of virus spread was observed when the cells were either treated with chloroquine prior to or after SARS CoV infection. In addition, the indirect immunofluorescence assay described herein represents a simple and rapid method for screening SARS-CoV antiviral compounds.

Department of Energy 202(c) Emergency Order ERCOT 02.14.2021

US Department of Energy order 202-21-1 denying emissions relief to Texas power generators during the February Freeze.

https://waynekirkwood.com/images/pdf/DO ... 4.2021.pdf

Texas granted emergency emissions relief on February 12th in anticipation of the storm.
The US DOE did not rule until 8:51 PM on February 14th and DID NOT grant emissions relief until all other sources of energy were exhausted.
This worsened the supply/demand imbalance, drove wholesale power prices to over $10,000 per MW/Hr, and created unnecessary "rotating" blackouts which further destabilized the grid.

This energy emergency was the making of the US Department of Energy.
The order contains some stunning admissions...

Or not... Deregulated grid, with everybody gambling the 100 years storm wouldn't ruin their day.

[edit- I hope you're OK, my niece in Houston lost power and then suffered (power) black outs after it was restored. /edit]

We are OK and consider ourselves lucky.
Never lost power and I prepared.
We have four sources of energy here: Electricity, natural gas, a generator and firewood.
Fortunately I only had to use the first two.

Just got our power bill which included the 19th.
There's a LOT to be said for fixed-price contracts.
With the settlement rate being around $9000 to 10,000 per MW/h we still paid 6.9 cents kW/h.
The bill was about $230.

If Texas had been granted temporary emissions from the DOE there would have been no power shortage and far less price gouging on the spot power market.

This is the wholesale power price in $/MW right as the EFA order was removed. By 13:00 the bus average (3rd column) dropped from $8900 in the morning to $14.86.

Or not... Deregulated grid
It's not deregulated in terms of emissions.

The US DOE order interfered in the free market in a number of ways.
It set the price floor during the emergency at $1500 MW/h which is about 100 times the normal market rate.
It "froze out," literally and figuratively, the production of any power from coal by setting a very high bar to authorize emissions waivers.

Had the DOE not obstructed the generation of power during the emergency fewer people would have frozen to death and there would have been far less property damage.

Lowering CO2 is more important to the DOE than human life.
This is another example of how your government wants you dead.
Texas' rolling blackouts, which have followed California's, are a preview into everyone's future.

and that's why the free market broke down.

I am paying for a clean coal power plant (government regulatory boondoggle) that is current burning NG that is cheaper than using clean coal. We could have saved $billions by just building a regular NG power plant.

if we are all dead who would they collect tax from?

I hope not... these are rare weather events.

and that's why the free market broke down.
Exactly.
if we are all dead who would they collect tax from?
It's not about the money - they want us dead because they view us and our carbon footprint as a cancer on the planet.
I hope not... these are rare weather events.
I hope not too but this was opportunism on the part of the DOE to take advantage of the situation.
There will be more opportunities for the federal government to perform its blackout mischief.
This is modern warfare and its being waged against us.

I read some interesting statistics about thermal power plant start-up.
About 15% of all start-ups are aborted or delayed.
Of the ones that aren't delayed the time from "start of combustion" to synchronization was about 3-16 hours.
The average was about 8 hours from start of combustion to synchronization.
Most plants took 24 hours from start of combustion to reach full nameplate generation capacity.

The DOE order only gave Texas about 6 hours to exhaust all non-coal sources of power and then bring those plants online.
By that time many of the coal plants were literally frozen.

Another thing that really sucks is that natural gas compressors used to be powered by natural gas.
Due to environmental constraints the compressors now have to be run electrically from the grid.
So if the grid goes down or is subject to rolling blackouts natural gas pressure to the power plants drops creating a destructive feedback loop.

Only 25% of power plants are capable of "black start" under grid down blackout conditions.
The rest require grid power to come up.

The Texas grid was so heavily-loaded that we lost, at the peak, about -55 seconds of clock time.
It's just now returned to about a -1 second error.

I watch the grid data here: http://www.ercot.com/content/cdr/html/r ... tions.html
