I used iTead for one of my products and was very pleased with the quality, build time and DHL delivery. It's unfortunate they've left the market.

The few reviews I scanned on JLC PCB were positive - they might be worth a try. https://jlcpcb.com/

I normally use ExpressPCB which provide Gerbers (at no charge) but won't fab from Gerbers.

Their parent company Sunstone does and apparently Sunstone/ExpressPCB have a related company for low volume Gerber runs known as EasyPCBUSA. https://easypcbusa.com/

Sunstone and its spinoffs all use the same production facilities and have fantastic quality and support but they'll definitely be more expensive than iTead was.

Im glad you pointed out Easypcb. I never found them in a search before. I might try them for my current project rather than be locked into a fixed quantity I usually get with Oshpark, and they wont be purple. I used to work for a local PCB shop here; I miss the days of harsh chemicals, FR4 dust and hot and humid photo imaging rooms.
