I don't remember having that, but I should have.

They used a curved display, and called average "persistence" , in their patent too, to differentiate themselves from my patent that was prior art to them. I believe they were infringing, but by then I had lost control of my patent to a disgruntled investor, and I wasn't going to help him or tell him who to sue.

If your look at their schematic they label the Peak information with a "P", and the average with "A"... I guess they couldn't label them both "P" :lol:

I was pretty sure the patent may have been why you had it.

I'm not real keen on them taking the mono sum of the input either.
