The sample rate drift over time made nulling difficult for longer samples with Audio Diffmaker until correction for it was turned on.
I did one difference file without SR error correction applied and over a 30 second file could hear the two files flange.
Diffmaker put the deepest null in the middle so it swept in and out.
The 9 ppm timing error it measured was obvious.
Depending on the frequency and drift nulling sinewaves against the intrinsic delay may only work for a short period of time.

Kool, the null test also identifies timing instability/drift.... looks like another thing to fix.

It wasn't until I recorded the analog EQ'd and RAW (as mono) in Left and Right with the same converter in the same take that I could null without using AudioDiffmaker and sample rate error correction.
