Hi, do you think it's a proper way to use this board?
I guess using an Y shaped connection to feed dry input would not be a problem/audible but I’m not 100% sure.

Hi Gilles - Thank you for joining us!

This week I found a good anti-spam service and can now have open registration. In just under 2 days it's blocked over 1000 bogus registrations. It's nice to see yours, a real one, self-registered.

A "Y" cord bridging connection is indeed the correct way to obtain the Dry feed.

I'm behind on my documentation and others have also asked the same question.
I hope to have the final test procedures written and posted soon.

The Dry input to the WDMA simply bridges the input to the compressor, EQ or the send to any other Wet device being used.
The Dry input is a 1246 line input so the differential impedance, 24KΩ, doesn't significantly load the source and affect level.
I was originally going to put the extra loop-through connector on the board for the Wet Send but just ran out of real estate.

Thanks again for dropping in!

Wet Dry Mix Add Signal Flow

Wet Dry Mix Add Signal Flow

I get repeat questions about the signal flow for the WDMA and how it connects to the Process signal path.

The WDMA's 18KΩ balanced input simply bridges the Processor's Input using a loop-through output.
A typical 50Ω/leg balanced output, when bridged by the 18KΩ balanced input, only loads it by about 0.05 dB.
