1992 Discussion with Bob Pease re Cascaded Op Amps

I hope Bob doesn't mind me posting this but since he published it I don't think he will mind.
National with their new op amps are keen to recognize that op amp distortion, although vanishingly low, does increase significantly when numerous stages are cascaded. Let's rewind back to 1992:
